Dominic has been awarded the executive Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management – the combined graduate school of both University of Sydney and University of New South Wales – and holds a current Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.

Dominic has held senior positions in several high profile companies over the last 20 years. He commenced his career as a fashion agent in Brisbane and was integral to the launch of Designer Workwear and Ironbark Industrial Clothing, both of which were sold to Sara Lee Clothing. In his role as General Manager Dominic was responsible for their integration into the Sara Lee group. Moving forward he held management positions with the Sara Lee apparel division for brands such as King Gee, Stubbies, Ruggers, Tropicals, Hanes, Champion, Designer Workwear and Ironbark.

He has consulted to various well-know apparel companies, such as sass&bide and OrotonGroup on work procedures, business systems and human resource management and has consulted to importers such as Born with Style, the Australian licencee of Jeep baby products. He helps individuals and businesses draw on their core strengths and guides them to develop to their full potential.

Dominic held the post of Regional Director for Fashion Group International’s Australian division for 2005 and 2006 and now holds the position of Fashion Group International’s Board Mentor on an ongoing basis.
